RICHARD COLES
is the former Executive Vice-President, Investments, at Manulife Financial Corporation, where he held responsibility for "non traditional" asset portfolios. Prior to Manulife, Richard held a number of officer positions during his thirteen years at Canada Trust, and most recently served as Executive Vice-President, Corporate & Commercial Financial Services. He is a member of the Board of Directors of VFC Inc., Elliott & Page Asset Management, Seamark Asset Management, Regional Power, Manulife Bank of Canada and NAL Oil & Gas Trust. Mr. Coles graduated with a BA in Physics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA in Finance from York University.

ROLAND COURTOIS is the Portfolio Manager, Industries and Services for Fonds de solidarité des travailleurs du Québec. Roland’s business experience spans over more than 30 years. He obtained an MBA from the University of Western Ontario in1974 and the Chartered Accountant designation in 1976. The experience he has garnered over the years is enviable, whether it was through the consulting arm (M&A, general management, etc.) of large accounting firms, or through setting up and managing his own distribution and retail business, or through managing the Canadian distribution network of a major multinational industrial products company. In 1998, he joined the Solidarity Fund where, as Portfolio Manager, he is responsible for investing in businesses that are in a position to contribute to Quebec’s economic development; in the past five years, his scope of investment has specifically been the financial services industry.

MAXIME DURIVAGE is the manager of the Private Equity and Infrastructure Portfolios at the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec. Beforehand, he spent 9 years in the Private Equity Group at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. He is also a member of the Bishop's University Seed Portfolio Research Assistant Advisory Board. M. Durrivage graduated with an MBA from the McGill University and obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

JOHN D. MCNEIL is the former chairman and CEO of Sun Life Assurance Company and has over 30 years experience in the insurance and diversified financial services industry. Throughout his impressive tenure at Sun Life he led the company through rapid growth, during a period of dynamic change in the financial services sector. Under Mr. McNeil's leadership, assets grew at Sun Life from $49 billion in 1988 to more than five times that when he stepped down as chairman in April 1999. Mr. McNeil is also a director of a select number of Canadian organizations.

STEPHEN F. PIAKER is the Managing Partner at CCP Equity Partners, specializes in financial services investments. Prior to joining CCP Equity Partners in 1994, Mr. Piaker was a senior vice-president at Conseco where he was involved in forming the company's private equity funds. Prior to joining Conseco, Mr. Piaker served as vice-president in GE Capital's Corporate Finance Group. Before that, he began his career with Chase Manhattan Corporation. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Finetre Corporation, Mezz Cap, Intersections, Inc., PayCycle, Inc., and Princeton eCom. Mr. Piaker is a Chartered Financial Analyst; he earned a BA degree in Economics from the University of Rochester and holds an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. 

ROBERT COALLIER has over 20 years' experience in executive management and brings expertise in strategic planning, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, risk management and forming strategic alliances. Until 2009, Mr. Coallier was Senior VP and CFO of Dollarama L.P.and participated in the company's IPO of $300 MM . Previous to that, Mr. Coallier held several positions at Molson Brewing Company including Global Chief Development Officer and EVP, Corporate Strategy and International Operations and was closely involved with the successful merger of Molson Inc. and the Coors Brewing Comapny. Earlier still, Mr. Coallier was VP and CFO of C-Mac Industries Inc.  Mr.Coallier has a Master's degree in Business administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and sits on the Boards of Agropur Cooperative, Industrial Alliance, Ivanhoe Cambridge, ONO, Averna Technologies and Sanimax.
