DFT Microsystems Canada Inc. secures US$2MM financing from MMV Financial Inc.

Montreal, Quebec – October 31, 2006 – DFT Microsystems Canada (‘DFT’), an early-stage company focused on delivering advanced semiconductor test solutions to the world, announced today that it has secured a US$2.0 million venture loan from MMV Financial Inc.  This investment will provide DFT Microsystems with the funds to enhance its sales and marketing team and expand its product offering.
