reg Dimmer, Senior Vice President of MMV Financial Inc., is responsible for business development, identifying new investment opportunities in the technology and life sciences sectors, and working with MMVF's existing portfolio companies.

Greg has twenty years of experience in the technology sector where he has held senior positions in sales, marketing and general management. His focus has been in software and solutions for the financial services industry in Canada and the United States.

Recently, Greg was Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CollectiveBid Systems Inc., one of two automated institutional fixed income platforms in Canada. Greg was responsible for both the institutional and retail businesses during a period of rapid growth. CollectiveBid Systems Inc. was acquired by Perimeter Financial in November of 2005.

Prior to that, Greg was Director of Sales for Financial Models Company Inc., a leading global supplier of portfolio management software products and services. In this role, he was responsible for overseeing both business development and the growth of existing client relationships across Canada.

In additional to these roles, Greg has been very active with the governance of the Canadian National Institute for the Blind (CNIB), most recently chairing the Board of Directors for the Ontario Division.

Greg has a Masters of Business Administration from York University and a Bachelor of Applied Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
