yan Kovac, Vice President of MMV Financial Inc., focuses on identifying, structuring, performing due diligence, and closing new investment opportunities in addition to being responsible for portfolio company support.

Ryan has over eight years of investment experience in venture capital and private equity. Most recently he worked for Claymore Capital Management, a private equity company focused on management buy-outs, recapitalizations, and investments in distressed entities.

Ryan was previously an Investment Manager at Covington Capital, where he led or assisted in executing investments in several companies in different industries, including IT, as well as serving on the Board of Directors and the monitoring of several portfolio companies. Prior to Covington, Ryan was also an Investment Manager at Ventures West Management, an early-stage technology focused venture capital manager. Ryan began his career as an Analyst at one of Canada's largest venture capital firms, where he was involved in 13 transactions with ten portfolio companies.

Ryan received his HBA and MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. In addition, Ryan has completed the Chartered Financial Analyst Program.
