usan Rivett, Portfolio Manager of MMV Financial Inc., is responsible for the overall administration of the portfolio, including funding, cash application and portfolio compliance.

Susan has over twenty years experience in the financial services industry in a wide variety of financial products and most recently as a Manager - Finance Programs at Maxium Financial Services Inc. providing relationship management and credit analysis for lease brokers and small-ticket leasing companies. Prior to joining Maxium, Susan held a variety of positions at TD Asset Finance Corp., the lease financing arm of The Toronto-Dominion Bank. Positions held included Manager, Compliance overseeing documentation and funding for all lease transactions, Manager, Credit, responsible for credit analysis and documentation negotiation for corporate clients and Manager, Business Development, responsible for sourcing new transactions via relationships with equipment leasing companies (primarily technology-based) and brokers.

Susan has also many years as an Investment Manager at Canada Trust, providing credit analysis and ongoing management of a wide variety of portfolio investments, including preferred shares, corporate loans, discounted leases, corporate leases and structured transactions, including two cross-border leveraged lease transactions for a foreign state government.

Susan has a BA degree from the University of Western Ontario.
